Importing transactions from a file

Use the Import Transaction File page to upload a credit card or check transaction file.

To import a credit card or check transaction file:

  1. Select Payments > Import File to open the Import Transaction File page.
  2. Click the tab for the type of file you want to upload:

    • Credit Card XML. To upload a credit card XML file.
    • Credit Card CSV. To upload a credit card CSV file.
    • Virtual Check XML. To upload a virtual check XML file.
    • FEP. To upload a FEP file.
    • NACHA. To upload a NACHA file.
  3. Click Upload to open the Choose File to Upload window.
  4. Locate the file you want to upload and then click Open.
  5. Click Upload to upload the selected file.

    The History section lists previously uploaded files.
