Managing transactions

To work with open transactions, click Credit Cards, Checks, or Purchase Cards from the page level menu bar to open the corresponding management page.

Follow any of the procedures below to work with open transactions.

To process a transaction:

  1. Locate the transaction you want to process.
  2. Click the transaction hyperlink in the Date/Time column.
  3. Click Process.
  4. Click the Customer, Order, or Receipt tabs to view additional details as needed.
  5. View the transaction details.
  6. Click Process to open the Accept Payment page in a new browser window, where you can process the transaction.

To void a transaction:

  1. Locate the transaction you want to void.
  2. Click the transaction hyperlink in the Date/Time column.
  3. View the transaction details.
  4. Click the Customer, Order, or Receipt tabs to view additional details as needed.
  5. Click Void.
  6. On the Void Transaction window, click Cancel to cancel the process or Void to continue.

To create a recurring transaction:

  1. Locate the transaction for which you want to create a recurring transaction.
  2. Click the green arrow to display the transaction details.
  3. Click Recurring to open the Recurring page, where you can configure the transaction as recurring.
